Zones of Regulation

Zones of Regulation is a tool for teaching children strategies for emotional and sensory self-management. By understanding how to notice their body's signals, detect triggers, read social clues and consider how their behaviour impacts those around them, children learn improved emotional control, sensory regulation, self-awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
