Y6 Swimming

On Friday 23rd April Flamingos class made the short trip over to Latchmere School for their first swimming lesson! The children were very excited and had a very enjoyable afternoon in the pool.
Mr Pool, Latchmere's swimming teacher, worked through a variety of strokes with the children, from breaststroke to butterfly, had them racing each other, fetching items from the bottom of the pool and holding their breath under water! The children are looking forward to their next lesson!
