Y5/6 Cross Country
On Wednesday 9th February, 17 year 5 and 6 students excitedly travelled to Ditton fields to compete in a 2km cross country race against 20 other schools. As the students saw the field that they would run around, their nerves set in. The adults were very proud of how the students came together to give tips and support throughout. The cheerleading on the side as each St Agatha's team member (and other school runners!) ran by was a great motivator to spur the runner on to the finish line.
A special mention to to Georgia S and Petroc who came in the lead for year 5s and Bobby and Holly who came in the lead for year 6s.
Well done to you all. You all did your best and gave it your all at the last stretch!
