What a kick start to Wellbeing week at St Agatha's!
On Monday, the children learnt about the benefits of eating fruit and were then able to have some fun and actually "play" with their food, creating some excellent pieces of art and having a go at trying out some new fruit. We hope more fruit will now be found in children's lunches as fruit has lots of health benefits.
On Tuesday, the Sports Ambassadors created an obstacle course for each year group to try. A lot of fun was had and most children came out with elevated heart rates and smiles on their faces. A good way to include some physical activity throughout the day and raise those endorphins!
More pictures to come!
