22 schools came together for a fantastic celebration of country dancing 💃🕺
Year 2 took part in six dances, showing off a mix of different formations – all that practise really paid off!
Weeks of hard work, coordination, timing and teamwork led to such a brilliant performance.👏 They did incredibly well (even in the heat! ☀️).
The final dance saw adults being dragged in to join… chaotic but SO much fun.
A lovely reminder from the compere too — country dancing is such an important part of our culture, and it’s something special to share with each other 💛
And it’s not over yet… the children will be performing again at Mrs Cahill’s leaving picnic 🎉👀 Watch this space!
