St Agatha’s Primary School uses Arbor for school payments such as School Fund, Trips and Nursery Fees.  

You will be notified via email when new payments have been added to the system.

Please note - 

• ParentPay is used for ordering school meals.
• Wraparound Care is booked via Roar.
• Afterschool clubs are booked via the individual club providers.

All other payments are made through your Arbor account.

HOW TO SET UP AN ARBOR ACCOUNT

Parents - your username is your email address.

To finish creating your account, you just need to set a password.

You can do this by going to https://st-agathas-catholic-primary-school.uk.arbor.education/ , clicking on ‘First time logging in?’ and following the instructions on screen. Detailed instructions can be found in the attached guide.

• Is there an app available for my phone? Yes, you can download the Arbor App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  You will need to register on the Parent Portal before accessing the App.
• Do I have to download the App? No, you can log in through login.arbor.sc

What happens if I forget my password?

You can use the ‘Forgot password’ button to reset your Arbor password without needing to contact the school. Please note the password reset link will only last for 96 hours.

What if I have more than one child?

If you have more than one child at the same school then you will be able to easily switch between them once logged in.

If you have more than one child at different other schools using Arbor, you will have a different login for each school and you can pick which school to view when opening the app.

What happens when my child leaves the school?

Parents are able to view their child’s information on the Parent Portal and Arbor App until the end of the academic year of the child’s attendance at school.
