New to St Agatha's
We are delighted to welcome you and your child to our school family.
Whether this is your first experience of school or you are joining us from another setting, we understand that this transition can bring a mix of excitement and questions. Our goal is to make your child’s start as happy, smooth, and positive as possible.

| School Day and Term Dates | Our school day starts at 8.45am and ends at 3.15pm. For details of the full day please click here and for Term Dates, click here. If you are joining our Nursery or Reception classes, please refer to your individual start date. |
| Communication | Our School Office is open from 8.45am - 4pm. Please do not hesitate to get in touch, either by phone: 020 8546 3879 or email: office@stagathas.school with any queries. We use Arbor as our MIS - look out for set-up information which will follow once your child is on roll, to enable making payments etc. |
| Uniform | We are proud of our smart school uniform. Please click here for full details and where to purchase items. |
| School Meals | Our catering company offers hot school meals for all children, which need to be ordered each day from the choices available via ParentPay. Please click here for further information. |
| Free School Meals | If you believe your child may be eligible for free school meals due to the benefits you receive, we strongly encourage you to apply to ensure this support is in place. Please click here for further information. |
| Milk and Fruit | Children under 5 receive milk. For children 5 and over who wish to have milk, this needs to be ordered via Cool Milk. Children aged four to six also receive a free piece of fruit/vegetable each school day. Further details can be found at the bottom of this page. |
| Clubs and Wraparound Care | A varied range of clubs are on offer for children in Year 1-Year 6. View our timetable here. St Agatha's also offers an excellent Wraparound provision with our partner, ROAR Kids Academy. They run breakfast and after-school care as well as camps during the school holidays. | Attendance | High attendance and punctuality play a vital role in academic success, and pupils at St Agatha’s are encouraged to do their best to earn the Attendance Trophy!. For guidance on reporting a child’s absence, as well as advice on when to keep your child off school, please click here. |
| PSA | We have a wonderful Parent Staff Association at St Agatha's who raise thousands of pounds each year for our school. We welcome all parents to join this integral part of our community - more details here. |
