  • Bouncing into Spring Term 2026 🐯✨

    Published 26/01/26

Welcome back to an exciting new term! We are officially kicking off with a spring in our step and a massive focus on risk taking and trying new things!
Whether it’s speaking up in a new subject, sharing ideas that might be different to others, or knowing the risks but still having a go —remember: you’re braver than you think!

There’s so much going on this term:

πŸ† Game On! Our sports calendar is packed. From netball to rugby, basketball to football, we can’t wait to see our teams show off that grit and teamwork. Get those kits ready!

🌍 Adventure Awaits! We’re taking learning outside the classroom with the many school trips heading out this term. Year 3 started us off visiting the Polka Theatre for a fabulous showing of The Firework-Maker’s Daughter, Year 6 are upping their creativity with a trip to the National Gallery and our Eco Warriors will represent St Agatha’s at the up-coming Eco Conference..and there's so much more to come!

🎨 More Than the Classroom: Clubs are back in full swing with morning and afterschool clubs available. From budding athletes to mini creators there’s space for everyone to try something new.

It’s a packed schedule, but the heart of the term is the incredible learning taking place in our classrooms. New topics, new challenges, and so many opportunities to shine! ✨

What an amazing day we had on our trip to The Holly Lodge Centre in Richmond Park!

We became real-life nature explorers, loving the outdoor classroom where we learned all about the birds, creatures and local plants that call the park home. We saw them in their natural habitat and built some nests in the trees!

We were careful, curious, and kind to nature — just like real scientists! πŸ”¬πŸ’š
A big thank you to everyone at @hollylodgecentre who were so kind and interesting and helped make our outdoor learning day so special.

Let’s keep exploring, asking questions, and looking after the world around us. 🌍
