Celebrating 125 Years
St Agatha’s Catholic Primary School first opened its doors to children in 1895.
125 years later, it continues to serve the children of Kingston and the local area; providing an education that nurtures and develops the whole child spiritually, academically, socially and in faith.
Throughout 2020, a number of special events and activities were organised to celebrate this special anniversary.
On the 23rd March 2020, St Agatha’s School received notice that all schools in England must temporarily close due to COVID-19.
Whilst the children of Key Workers continued to attend onsite provision, all other children were supported with their learning at home.
A special book has been complied with examples of the fabulous learning completed during the wider school closure.
Thank you to all the wonderful children of St Agatha’s School and all who contributed to this book.
