Jigsaw 4 U
Jigsaw4u is a charity working to support children and young people through trauma, loss and bereavement. It brings together children and young people who feel alone and different, so that by sharing their experiences they can develop the tools to move forward in their lives.

Jigsaw4u aims to give young people a voice, empowering them to make their own decisions about their lives. It helps young people to express their views about local, regional and national policies in order to improve the lives of the children in South West London.

Understanding Childhood - Bereavement
Understanding Childhood is a series of leaflets written by experienced child psychotherapists to give insight into children's feelings and view of the world and help parents, and those who work with children, to understand their behaviour.

How best can you help your child when someone close to them dies? What if you are grieving too? Do children grieve in the same way as adults? What about very young children? What is ‘normal’ grieving in a child and what do you need to worry about?
